The app is configured from our ‘back office’. The app immediately applies your settings.
ILO users log on to the relevant stations, take part in the challenges and view your messages.

Is the mobile app available to everyone?
Yes, the app is free and open to anyone aged 15 and above, in compliance with the GDPR. It can be downloaded from App Store and Play Store under the name ‘ilo by Ludik Energie’.
Who can organise a challenge?
Any company, association or authority that wishes to communicate and raise awareness via the ILO stations. Our team then activates the challenges using your rules, messages and visuals.
Throughout the year, we create our own challenges on the themes of energy, mobility and health in relation with current events (May cycling challenge, Sustainable Development Week, etc. ).
Can I access user data?
Yes. For all our challenges, you can access the score charts, view those of your stations and your ILO users and compare them with the entire community.
You can also create your own challenge and access your own score chart.
How is the data collected by the mobile app managed?
When they log in, ILO users get a message asking if they are willing to receive information from us. We use the collected data (Name, Surname, age and email address) exclusively to interact with ILO users taking part in our challenges (results, scores, challenge news, etc.).
In compliance with the GDPR, Ludik Energie retains exclusive ownership of the data (no transfer to third parties). Our Terms of Service are available online.
