- Do not use benches or chairs on castors

To install a station on its floor, insert the 4 screws to assemble the 3 floor sections.
Disassembly is just as easy and you can move the station around easily.
All you need to do now is connect the USB cable, sit in your chair and start to pedal.

Yes. The indoor version is made of 3 mm thick powder-coated steel panels. It can also be used outdoors as occasional or seasonal furniture (covered, in a patio, in a marquee).
